We'd love to be able to offer a refund on all items, like we do for our other stores, however due to the low price of each Countryball, and the increasing cost of shipping, unless there is a defect or other issue with your order that is our fault, we can only exchange your order, or provide credit. No refunds.
If you have an issue with your purchase, please send us an email via the Contact tab with your Order ID and we'll be more than happy to exchange your countryball for another.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
